Known affectionately as “Boss Lady” on the jobsite, Jessica is the driving force behind Crown Paving, a nationally recognized Certified Women Owned Business Enterprise. As Chief Manager, Jessica leads all aspects of Crown Paving’s operations, from day-to-day management to customer service and company culture, while focusing on both efficiency and relationships.
